We launched with a single truck and a few units, and we still run things that way. When you call, you reach me or someone I would trust on my own property. We're a family operation, so if something isn't right with a unit, that falls on us, and we make it right the same day.
I track every delivery on one board in our office, and every driver reviews it before the trucks head out. When we commit to Tuesday morning, it happens Tuesday morning. If anything changes, I phone you before you need to phone us.
